The Canadian Hearing Society is the leading provider of services, products and information that remove barriers to communication, advance hearing health, promote equity for people who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing

The CHHA provides information the helps people with hearing loss to take responsibility for their own communication success, and to identify and overcome communication barriers in all areas of their lives.

The Alberta School for the Deaf (ASD) has proudly served Deaf and Hard of Hearing students from Grades 1 through 12 in an academic, language and culture enriched learning environment.  This site includes helpful links and information about the school.

Deaf and Hear Alberta are dedicated to addressing the accessibility, advocacy, education and communication needs of the Deaf, deafened, and hard of hearing populations of Alberta. With our head office in Calgary, Alberta and a second office in Edmonton, they excel at communication through the delivery of ASL services, workplace sensitivity training, advocacy and education to Deaf consumers and their families. They provide interpreting, consultation, assessments, and assistive technology. They provide training and education for hearing loss prevention and management; and aim to improve the public’s awareness and understanding.
