The Anxiety Disorders Association of British Columbia (AnxietyBC™) is a non profit organization established in early spring of 1999 by a group of concerned individuals, family members, and health professionals. They work to increase awareness about anxiety disorders, promote education, and increase access to evidence-based resources and treatments.

The Caregiver Village website helps families provide help with caring for children from ages 0 through 18.  The site has helpful information on depression, anxiety, ADHD, self-harm, FASD, parenting skills, ODD, trauma and attachment issues and care-giver self-care.

The Parent Information Series is designed to answer frequently asked questions and give parents like you factual information that may help you prevent your children from using drugs, help them make healthy lifestyle choices and support them in making changes in their lives. 

Bullying - Learn what bullying is, the the forms it manifests in and what you can do about it. This site includes 24/7 bullying hotline information.  Help your child become more informed about this socially unacceptable topic.
